The real question I have is what would they do for his main deck? Most of his non-Fusion monsters are still anime-only and even if they did put them into Duel Links, they'd make a pretty pathetic deck without Jim's plot armour.
Two words: Random garbage. The same they do mostly (with some rare exceptions) for everyone now while putting their better stuff in boxes. That is probably what would happen to his fusions.
Maybe you should have specified that then. Unless they want to pretend he has random good deck to sell it later in a box like Tea with witchcrafters maybe. I don't know.
