It doesn't. Fusion Sub is a really, really really bad card in this deck.

Didn't think so, 'cause I know folk wasn't crazy knowing how restricting the summoning part was.

I aim to replace 1x Polymerization with 1x Fusion Sage to avoid drawing more Polymerizations than I need. However, Fusion Substitute is a NO GO as the fusion materials have to be ON THE BATTLEFIELD. And that is basically never gonna happen in this deck build.
