2nd Battle Pegasus 40 anyone have a good deck to stop him? I keep getting double owned by Relinq! lol. My phoenix deck and RE deck is crap on him. Sick of resorting to level 20, I can beat all the other level 40's except this SOB. HAHA....

I know it's not perfect, but it works well for me.
Here is my deck. Work like toon kingdom but way more consistent. Just attack his lp directly with Sphynx first with Hyppogrif ready to 🔥 the golden apple out.
Get monsters with 1400+ATK and 1500+DEF so even if he sucks your monsters he wont be able to breach you.
It doesnt matter if you dont own D gate, just add more defensive cards and let him fill his back-rows. you will be safe as long as you have one standing monster and he will eventually deck out.
use pot of benevolence to lure his magic drain so you can ritual summon
Use Emperor's Holiday. That will stop him from ever activating his Relinquished ever again, at which point you'll only have to beat his 1400 attack ritual monsters and take care to avoid the Michizure.
