I think this card deserves a better rating, it's ridiculous how can people underestimates the flexibility of this card, being a 1 Tribute and 2,600 ATK its a gift. Among the spellcasters, which only a few have High Atk (Black Chaos, Dark Magician Fusions, etc) he is really worth the buy. Constructing a deck on spellcasters, plus negation of cards its a wise choice. Imo he deserves at 8.0 rating. Nice card if played correctly.
the card is not flexible as it's literally only a 1 tribute beater. we have many of those and plenty better (The Freeds, Chaos Command Magician, Big Core) that aside from having a lower attack score have much better defenses in both stats and effects.
High powered beaters are only good when you can drop them at leisure (Red-Eyes and the normal summonable ones).
