No doubt it'll be in a box in the future. This is exactly the same thing with 5Ds characters when they have a skill that; at the time, gives you two unreleased tuners and a synchro.
Even 3 is already broken here. It can clog enemy's monster and resummon on every turn. The new ascension trap just made this deck more broken when you can summon vijam directly from the deck to block any attack.
Yeah, attack a face down Vijam then your monster will become a useless statue then next turn they can reuse the same Vijam without cost. Cubic ascension can directly summon Vijam from the deck and forced attack. Holy 🔥 if you don't have destruction you will lose.
Use your useless statue for a Xyz or Synchro summon -> Problem 1 solved
Use the omnipresent Karma Cut or Raigeki Break to destroy Vijam -> Problem 2 solved
Now attack for an OTK -> Easy win
If your deck can't handle Vijam, then your deck is bad. Period.
