Extra deck killer means money killer. Full power Nekroz would prevent Komoney from selling mediocre extra deck monster as box's UR/SR

At least Nekroz still got a new card. Although I dunno how useful this one card actually is in a Nekroz deck.

When you say Nekroz you mean actual Nekroz or water XYZ with extra steps? Cos you can pretty much get all Nekroz monsters and most ritual spells in Chaotic Soldiers.
