silent magician is unaffected by spell card (essentially negates any spell that involve her). horus can negate any spell regardless of whether it affect horus or not.

isnt horus easier to summon because it isnt in the standby phase? and it also works with level up so even better

Level Up doesn't work on Horus lvl 6. Because lvl 6 is unaffected by Spell effects.
