What would be the point of using this in a Evol deck? There's no level 7 or higher Evol monster...

No, we do have really good generic Lv 7 or higher Dinosaurs like Super Conductor Tyranno or Rex´s last level reward.

So you're gonna throw a bunch of generic high level dinosaurs in an Evol deck, which would have no synergy with, while depending on a single card to even summon them? Well, good luck.

The only good thing about this card is the "ignoring its Summoning conditions". But I'm not sure if there are any good cards that you could cheat out.
