Pure BS, there were multiple pick-a-gift campaigns that let you get this card. If you didn’t get it then, well, take your 1 of from Yugi and suck it up
I dunno, I think anon 2 is mistaken. I've been there for every event this past year, not one gave out this card! I'm running on like a 300~350 day log-in streak, really don't think I missed it. (I just poke at it while drinking my coffee)
