I go with straight power by adding equips like black pendant and gravity axe, also if you get mako and level up to level 4 then you just start with umi and then can replace the one in your deck with an equip card or something like reinforcements, etc.

Monters - 1x Deadalus, 1x Suijin, 1x Kaiser Sea Horse, 1x Sphere Kuriboh, 1x Piercing Moray, 1x High Tide Gyojin, 2x Needle Sunfish, 2x Yomi Ship and 3x Unshaven Angler
Spells - 1x Water Hazard, 2x Big Wave Small Wave, 1x Umi
Traps - 1x Mirror Wall, 1x Michizure, 1x The Golden Apples, 1x Windstorm of Etaqua
