balance is working 95% of the time, as long as you tune your M/S/T ratio

No, I didn't mention anything about how the skill works. It was about the aesthetics. [DLL] Zato almost had 3x10 cards in his/her deck. Why on earth would he put Magnetic Conversion instead of another Rock Bombardment.
