How patient are you? You'll eventually be able to get 3 through non dream tickets. You can spend the SR dream on a staple or a pay wall card like dragon spirit or blazeman.

Unless for whatever dumb reason you think all the anniversary tickets are Dream Tickets, and you're merely trying to say that things like Ranked tickets don't have it.
