Another mask of the accursed... this card will improve burn decks since in the current meta spell and trap effects are much more important than the atk of the monsters. Even this card will increase the atk of a monster my enemy controls, there are so many ways to protect myself by monster attack for example draining shield, mind eye temple, massivemorph etc... this card also negates the effect of an opponent's monster, another reason to use this card on opponent's monsters and not on my owns
I'd rather stick with mask of the accursed. Giving your opponents monster an extra 1k attack will proably come back to bite you in the a$$ unless you combo it with the mask.
This card has way too much potential to be a dead draw or backfire in such a deck. You'd be better off with Burning Land if anything. (I wouldn't be shocked if Goblin Thief was better in such decks, actually.)
