Sometime, in the chat room, I see some people saying "WTF, I can't activate Blast Held By A Tribute on Lava Golem!". After Dark World release, I'm certain we'll see something like "WTF, Dark World effect won't activate after discarded using Magic Jammer!".

Darf World effect must activate by discarding through Magic Jammer. Or am I wrong?
Magic Jammer: "When a Spell Card is activated: Discard one card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. "

They activate when discard for an effect, magic jammer discards as a cost. You can tell because everything before a ; is a cost on most cards
