The toon cards that we have are not enough to be competitive in this meta especially its weakness is super vulnerable (the Toon World being destroyed).
Magic deflector could in theory protect your toon world, but seeing as you cant get multiple copies of the good toon cards ie. mimicat, rollback, toon magician girl, it's not really viable
