This deck is good enough to be in tier 2 but it is a must to buy 3 structure decks for the 3 brains.

Main reason why you lose with this deck: 2 Silver's Cry + 2 Blue-eyes in your starting hand.

exactly why this deck is not tier 1

when you compare with other meta decks,

red eyes won't break like that, insight can search for fusion spell then thin the deck so fast

6 sam can swamp the field so fast and summon shi-en, silver's cry will just vanish after activation

subterror with masked tribute can also swamp the field with unlimited flipping loops, along with the broken battle trap you are basically finished
