Impossible to place all three on the field due to there are only three slots in this game and it requires two sacrifices from the field to summon one so the most you can have on the field is two at a time
There are plenty of ways to summon the third piece: Tribute Doll, Cost Down, Kaiser Sea Horse/Whirlwind Prodigy/Unshaven Angler, and Big Wave Small Wave (Suijin only). And depending on what the opponent plays, Autonomous Action Unit may work as well.
Of course, that doesn't take away from the fact that Gate Guardian is 1 of the worst cards in the game.
that is because if you read gate guardian's card text he says cannot be normal summoned or set but must be special summoned by tributing suijin, kazejin, and sanga the thunder all three guardians must be in play to summon it
