Why should they limit CoC when BE is a trash deck without consistency compared to Despacito?

CoC aren't even that dependable in blue eyes generally.
It need specific dragon tuner which is USELESS if you cant draw or add them in the first place, and it is a rather COMMON HAND in BE where you cant had both of them instantly.
Trade-in might be worth limiting tho due to BE deck nature, but not this card OFC

NO, Trade in is only good in TCG 40 cards format. It is also a trash in a 20 cards deck. What BE need is 3x Dragon Shrine.

Coc cost by discarding tuner and draw 2 cards, but what makes it good is that the discarded card can activate its effect when being discarded so basically there is no drawback in coc (the same thing with cup of ace)
Cup of ace relies on skill, coc relies on tuner but the tuner can activate its effect, so it's the same (just my opinion, and polite reply please)
