I highly doubt we're getting Duke, DM world is kind of done minus the character roaming events every once and awhile. I'd personally trust the leaks from duellinksmeta more than the ones from here.
That crossed my mind too. It's possible since he is in the movie, even though his scene is so short and he doesn't duel. But they still released movie Tea despite this.
