Probably at some point. It's one of the worst Toon monsters (probably THE worst after Manga Ryu-Ran), so there's nothing STOPPING it from appearing.

Bluey-Eyes Toon Dragon has Blue-Eyes support but nobody would ever put him into a Blue-Eyes deck. So yeah, Toon Ancient Gear Golem might be better

Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon offers the ability to Special Summon itself, which is more useful than Toon Ancient Gear Golem's Piercing.

TAGG would probably be more likely to be used due to gimmicky Geartown decks, but just shoving one in a regular Toon Deck, Blue-Eyes is better.

It's worth pointing out how pointless this argument is, though. Both are significantly worse than Toon Summoned Skull and Toon Barrel Dragon anyway, which are also not amazing.

Nobody cares about TAGG, BETD or TSS. Those are all bad.
