Just going to start and play pvp have 8k gems and was thinking of getting cards for hammer deck does it still work well in arena or is their another deck to build with 8k gems
Naturia you only need a max of 1.5k but I think you would also be able to make a statue control deck just reset your packs after you get a sr or ur (works for me) just open dawn of destiny for a while and see how lucky you are if you have enough srhl and heavy knights you can think of opening flame of tyrant for sergeant and youll have a kog worthy deck
Kog worthy myass, status control need Mirror Wall, it's lowass beatdown deck that need every strong staple spell/trap available. Budget version of it just dont work.
To op, your best shot for kog with 8000gems is Ice Barrier (if you have dance princess) or Naturia (if you have Anti magic arrow). If you go for Naturia, you can get 2-3 SRH which is good in any deck. If you go for Ice Barrier you need morray of greed so you could also build hammer shark along the way.
HammerShark beating Naturia heavily depends on the situation. Naturia is more susceptible to bad hands, but swarms way better than HammerShark. Naturia's swarm monsters are also alot stronger than HammerShark's. HammerShark can boost water monsters with StarBoy, but StarBoy can only last a few turns max since pretty much all Naturia monsters can defeat StarBoy.

Lastly, Exterio's Fang can actually counter activation, while BlueBreaker can only destroy. Overall HammerShark would be better in a general case, but Naturia is so powerful in a single niche with slightly better backrow counter it usually overpowers HammerShark.
What general are you talking about? Naturia have good matchup again Warm Worm, Weevil, Phoenix with pretty much destroy Hammer Shark. In all honest, everysingle tier 1 deck currently destroy hammer shark, what general? Vanilla beatdown?
