GAIS GAIS I need HELP
I already have 3 of most of the good UR cards. Canadia, Cosmic, Mirror wall, floodgate, Anki, SM, Sphere, Needle Ceiling, Gozuki, ties, all dark world, and more. I only have 2 widespread. Should I use it on that? or maybe soul exchange or book of taiyou or nobleman crossout, or noble man, or assailant
It purely depends on what you want to build, have built or try out in the future. I would not recommend nobleman of crossout or nobleman of extermination because they don't see much use in the current meta and are generally weaker to most picks, and Book of Taiyou has the same problem. Asailant for control, Exchange for Monarchs/Gravekeepers or Widespread if neither interests you.

Those cards like Soul Exchange are a bit old and outdated.
You have lots of great cards already. If you are not in a hurry to build a deck with Assailant it isn't a bad idea to keep the ticket for now...
I don't plan on building a control deck. If I would use the UR on assailant, that would be my only monster card for control. I still need x3 breaker, 2x assailant. Same with buster blader deck, I require so many cards for it. I have 2x Dragon destroyer. Gravekeepers deck, don't want one. Monarch would be cool but again I don't have any cards for it. I could go for sacred phoenix for yubel.
Cards I could go for:
Assailant= dont have none or others monster cards for control
Sacred phoenix= Only have 1
Widespread= Only have 2
Soul exchange= have 2
Nobleman exter & crossout= have 1 exter and 0 crossout
Dragon destroyer= have 2, don't have any of the other UR for the buster blade deck
