Can someone list the steps how to to summon SSD? This is supposed to be a guide? Why is there no step-by-step procedure? You think newbies can easily figure it out on their own?
I don't even know what's the ideal starting hand, what can replace Tuning, what to do if no Junk converter and can't synchro Junk warrior because there's nothing in the GY for Junk Synchron to summon, when to Shiranui, etc.

1. You need to get the skill work. Follow the conditions. See the explanation above: ● Your Deck contains at least 8 "Junk" or "Synchron" monsters.... and so on.
2. Ideal starting hand is Junk Synchron with anything, since Junk Converter will be in GY if you get the skill work.
3. Reinforcement of the Army can replace Tuning. Use it to search Junk Warrior. But you can only have 1.
Not op, can Rahz substitute for Junk Synchron searcher? You waste a turn, but it's better than nothing because Tuning needs box reset and can be very expensive, while RotA isn't accessible as f2p?
RotA is available for F2P, but it depends on if you want the current pack or not. 950 gems is a lot to ask, especially for a pack you may or may not want. But without tuning, it's a better option instead of gambling potentially more from regular boxes.
