It is certainly competitive but far from being tier 0. Need more cards to get released. It is bassically a swarm deck like blackwings/heroes.

Why is Konami releasing new contents instead of balancing the existing ones?
Are they stupid?

It's like those RTS games that keeps releasing new races instead of balancing the existing ones or fixing bugs, even when they already have 15 races or more.

Balancing existing contents means no one will buy them any more, whereas releasing new contents means more products to sell.

Balancing is bad for business since players don't like paying for non-P2W cards.

Not just that, if they just focus on balance: when they DO release content, it'll just break the game again and force them to delay releases further.

You do realise that releasing new contents is not supposed to break a game's balance as you said.

New contents are supposed to be balanced as soon as they are released.

How do you think the other games manage to stay balanced even after new content releases.
