It's -2, this card is Continuous so it stays on the field.

And this card is actually quite powerful right now considering a lot of backrow removal we have right now are Spells, and Fusion Spells kinda dominates the current meta. Having to discard a Spell to activate Neos Fusion hurts.

Plus, summoning multiple monsters into the field for this card's cost isn't as hard as back then anymore.

Remember that you only tribute monsters, whether they go to the Graveyard or not does not matter, so you can just use Tokens instead.
