What the heck was going on in Joey Wheelers brain when he decided to put this card and the legendary fisherman in his deck despite them having no füking synergy with each other much less his entire deck.
Fisherman's a better card than the Garoozis he also ran. ;p
That being said, there's a reason he only used each card once. (Which, incidentally, is the same amount as the other non-Jinzo card he received in Battle City, Parasite Paracide. :P)
Parasite paracide he forgot to remove (understandable) but the other seem like they were put in his deck deliberately. We don't see him using them again against Marik so I think he learnt pretty quickly they had no place in his deck.
Both Jounouchi and Kaiba's ace are a Dragon while their decks are full of random humanoid monsters. Kaiba's deck didn't go full LIGHT Dragons until DSOD, and Jounouchi's deck is more themed around gambling than specific type/attribute/archetype.
Yugi's deck is a mix of EARTH Warriors + EARTH Rocks + DARK Spellcasters + a few DARK Fiends & Dragons, that don't have any synergy with each other.
