No, there is a mission that specifically asks you to summon Flame Wingman.

And you can't do that mission without Avian and Burstinatrix, due to Flame Wingman's summoning condition.

you can use king of the swamp or any other fusion material Monster (who can replace a material) instead of them.. you nneed avian or burstinatrix but not both
