I know that this card is not a very good trap card when compared with what is mostly used today (canadia, floodgate, treacherous). But is it truly bad? Lately I have been thinking that with all of the cosmic cyclones, and even the less used double cyclones or dust tornados, that this card has more potential than it did before. And switching an opponent's monster to defense is always good anyway. Thoughts?
It'd be slightly better if it worked when destroyed by monster effects, due to Recon. But there's really no reason to use it over Canadia or Sphere Kuriboh. They both do its job better.
