I don't see how this is "special" the already meta decks can just add the cards they want to their hand and unbrick themselves
Looks more like an anti non-meta deck event tbh, if your deck doesn't have a custom skill then you'll brick even more (unless you decide to play stall)

TG is not forbidden, just that fcking human abused everything they had with Flight Control. Anyway, Shooting Star Road is not on the skill banlist. But you fcking abusers can only use 1 copy of every card. Not gonna let you summon it easily using that cheat.
Well, just prepare to see all the decks that have skill searhing engines (aka onomats, tg, resonators, gaia, etc) dominating due to nice consistent hands.
Yea so what, you can throw in some popular cards too. This is fair, everyone can use 1 of any cards they preferred, no more consistency aka marketing strategy crap. And it is fun.
Longer duel? heck yea, I play this game because I want to duel!
We are supposed to enjoy the duel, not just enjoy the win with only 1-2 turns playing same tactics every time
