Whiptail Crow synergises with Emissary of the Afterlife almost as well as Rogue Doll with Legion.

Neo is better at 1700, but you only get one. So Rogue Doll has a place with Legion in the deck.

Whiptail Crow is DARK Fiend, this card is LIGHT Spellcaster, so not really comparable.
