Why can't the DMG we get from the Special Pack Vol. 2 be the art from the WCS promo?

The only DMG on the ticket is the standard art one.

He said ultra rare DREAM ticket. Not the normal ones you get in tons and contain easily obtainable mediocre cards.

iirc certain BEWD artwork is currently not obtainable either, even with dream ticket.

Certain card arts are log in bonus exclusives or event pack exclusives. Winged Kuriboh, Neos, Dark Magician, Dark Magician Girl and Blue-Eyes White Dragon all have an exclusive card art unobtainable by other ways.
