No, it's not...face to dark magician and blackwing...they are special summon more than twice at the same time...i dunno, seem this effects is not working
Navigation doesnt summon 2 monsters at the same time but both in succession so spirit dragon cant prevent navigation and blackwings never summon 2 monsters at the same time
Okay, thanks for explain...but i can't accept that, navigation make special summon 1 then 2. I just don't understand bro with effect "neither players can ....". And for blackwing, that was happening special summon more than 2.
The key of spirit dragon is that it only prevents effects that special summon at least 2 monsters at the SAME time which is not very common in duel links
