It doesn't, simply every alien you have on the field applies his effect so for example if your opponent monster has an A counter and you have :
1 alien : his effect applies and the opponent monster loses 300 atk and def
2 alien : each effect applies and the opponent monster loses 600 atk and def
3 alien : ok i think you got it
