It is still a solid tier 3 but needs a lot of tech traps and hand traps to stay relevant in the meta, if they released steed I don't think it would be too much power creep and all that would happen is the removal of other tech traps, like floodgate or fiendish chain

RB is strong deck, IMO but not that consistent also currently their strongest monster is only at 2600 and 3100 ATK with SB apelio. They struggle against big body like BEWD, Blackwing (chidori), etc.

Also, if BE Spirit Dragon is on the field and Pettle(or Sin) tries removing it, Spirit can just switch to Azure, whose effect prevents Dragons from being targeted.
