I think that is just malicious bane. But he wasn't leaked, so I guess there are no plans for that one. I'd rather have the rest of the dheroes like dominance, drawhand, etc. and fusion destiny.
That's what makes me think there won't be a Supreme King character maybe. Because there is probably enough or mostly enough of the balanced evil hero stuff to give away as level up and gate rewards for him. But then Konami is throwing away a good hero cash grab opportunity.
