He occasionally used that. You can always lock his monsters with unhappy girl. Then just replace the destroyed unhappy girl with other monster. Not that complicated..
Infernity Break and Zero Max can really mess your setup using this deck, though it's really occasional. I've won a lot of times using Unhappy Girl deck but I lose couple of times due to brick and above.
