Its really not hard to get 3 of a UR as f2p if u actually play. I have 3 boxes of neo impact and 2 ultimate rising as a f2p. Just don't waste packs, find cards u really like and grind a deck out for them.

And then you run out of gems much faster only to get one card 3 times and when new great packs will come in the future you womt be able to get them
