Pretty much expected. Monster that could search card from deck is already good. Now we had skills that let you do that for free on turn one which can't even be negated.
Still remember when people use Cosmic cyclone to use master of rites?
Now that you mention master of rites I don't see why it has an lp requirement, ritual decks are mostly garbage and nowadays skills are lp free custom made destiny draws that don't take your normal draw
