The 2nd effect is really stupid. It basically stops most farming deck's strategy for a turn, which is usually enough to ruin the farming considering his other cards.
dark magician isnt strong now becausse many support cards(eternal soul and magic dimension for example) arent avaliable for players in the game; that cards are only part of cpu decks.
Dark Magician is one of the most iconic and beloved monsters in the entire anime. I think he deserves more support.Please Konami, release this + Eternal Soul
People can already summon 47 Blue eyes dragons in one turn. Also, there are decks so broken in the game that you hate your life for playing against them.
