Try this, and I only could summon 1 Shien on my first turn (no Enishi).
On Pegasus's turn, after I negated his Relinquished Fusion, he threw Black Illusion Ritual into my face, summoned Relinquished and GG for me.
I use this deck too. It's just that i dont use any trap cards, just some drawing cards so that i can finish as soon as possible before pegasus summon his relinquished or restrict monster. and just in case, special summon 2 shi en as soon as possible if you can
