Becuase konami wont let people have good card from event or for free. They put good cards in box or structure deck to make us spend our money or time to grind more gems. Thats how it all worked. And looking back at the way they nerfed all tricks to farm gems and not adding more unlockable characters frequently are the sign that this game will be more P2W
Yeah you might be right or wrong. CA WAS free until they limit the core cards and people need to get 2-3 Saffira to make the deck works again, it's a good investment at that moment, now the deck is just powercrept by newer decks like Alien and D-Hero (due to Trinity can easily 🔥 this deck). On the other hand, AG is good but it's not strong enough cuz their relying on backrow lockdown....
...and has no searcher AT ALL thus make the deck too slow for the current meta. Yes, konami give us strong and cheap decks like Alien or Sylvan (well, not too cheap apparently) for F2P to keep with the meta. But, as an old player, im experiencing that the gems flows isnt equal with the rapid release of boxes and it forces us to spend money to get newer deck and stay on competitive line
Wut? You bronze or gold? It's just so random saying "magnet are f2p bc u can use golden homunculus as substitute of gaia plate" because Golden Homunculus has no good synergy with magnets. Duh
