This card is so annoying I cant summon my effect monsters anymore Please limit it to 1.

Hmm... Limit to 1 a card that is only available at 1 in game (level up character reward) makes perfect sense.

It makes sense in Duel Links because the limited list works differently than in the TCG & OCG

Problem is, it's pointless if the deck using this card has no other limited card.

This is only (and rare used) in dark magician deck. Also it is a double knife card. Can also hurt you if you don't use it correctly. There are TONS of other cards that scream for limitations. This card is a joke in comparison to them.
