There aren't any glaring omissions Lightsworn-wise IMO. MAYBE Ehren, Minerva (though they are yet to give us ANY Tuners, even ones like Genex Ally Changer or Dragon Buster Destruction Sword that would make perfect sense), Jenis (though even 2k defenders are still heavily restricted), Lightsworn Saber, Punishment Dragon or March of the Dark Brigade could have been barely acceptable, but only just.
