Mythic Depths Begins Duel with the Field Spell "Umi" activated.	Mako

How to use this deck

Summon Daedalus using Water supports

Since the goal of this deck is to summon Levia-Dragon - Daedalus and to activate the effect of this monster. Use the following two combos:

A Water monster + Big Wave Small Wave
Big Wave Small Wave allows you to special summon a Levia-Dragon - Daedalus from your hand by destroying a Water monster on your side of the field.

Other useful cards

Card	Explanation
Needle Sunfish	This monsters' effect will provide you an option to which monsters on your opponents field to apply.
Blizzed, Defender of the Ice Barrier	Can serve as a draw engine, and might give you a better hand next turn.
Kaiser Sea Horse	Serves as a two tribute, it also has a balance ATK and DEF. It can gain a huge boost with Umi faced up in the field.
Michizure	Provides a better board control, it can also serve as a stalling card while removing monster on your opponents side of the field.
Regretful Rebirth	It will help to easily conduct summoning of Levia-Dragon - Daedalus when used on Unshaven Angler.
Double Summon	With this card you can summon Unshaven Angler and Levia-Dragon - Daedalus and still enable to attack the same turn.

So funny I see most of you say you've made it to kog. There are 9/10 of
You that back out so you Dnt lose your rank. Dnt mention kog when you never actually finish duels. And ps umi decks are easily beatable

get rid of water hazard, that card is only useful if you draw it first or second turn, based on your deck i would replace it with big wave small wave, and to be honest you don't need riryoku with this deck... when daedalus comes out there's only 4-5 cards that can counter it, you will actually never have the chance to use riryoku, i would replace it with some trap cards

You've departed pretty far from the deck structure intended.

I'm not really familiar with the Umi deck. I reached KOG with the dino deck, but I do have a suggestion. I would put in a little more control cards. Maybe swap a gyojin with Sphere Kuriboh, swap magic jammer with something like Mirror Wall, Riryoku etc. You will get there :)

I've reached kog with a daedalus, with far worse cards, I'd drop starboy for another unshaven angler. I wouldn't go with monster controller as u don't have a lot of normal monster aside from HTG.

mirror force( if u have) instead of Metalmorph or jammer or shellfish

What a bad mom. Saying to strangers that her kid is "not the smart" which means it must have been from an illegitimate affair that's why she chose to present her kid like this. Poor kid. Would have slapped my mom if she does this to me. Moms should be more empowering and encouraging their kids to be their best.

@Takumi, Yeah, the inconsistent draw for this deck is why the Dinosaur deck has that slight higher rating. Consistent draw means higher consistent wins. The top ranked players use all 4 stars in tandem with 3 riryoku, mirror walls, and 1 Wind of Etaqua. That's mostly the core that you need to beat majority of decks out there.

Tips

1. If you don't have Kaiser Sea Horse, High Tide Gyojin is as good replacement. The damage difference is only 50 (1900 to 1850, assuming you have Umi on the field)

2. Add reinforcements if you replaced Kaiser Sea Horse with Gyojin. Dino deck, which is very popular right now, would totally smash you on the opening hand if you're unlucky. If you didn't replace Kaiser with Gyojin, skip this step.

3. I'd rather have 3 Daedalus cards than 2. There are 20 cards in this deck, adding an additional Daedalus by removing one Needle Sunfish or Yomi Ship. This would increase your chances of drawing Daedalus by 5% (from 10% to 15%)

4. If, for some reason, you have a Kuriboh but not Windstorm, that would work too. I would prefer Windstorm though, it's like Kuriboh but more effective.

I got Levia and unshaven on my first turn. Try summoning levia it won't let me. Why is that? Is it like a trap card it won't let you summon it the turn it was set up? Or do I need to wait a turn summon another monster instead?

You can only normal summon once per turn. You would need to special summon unshaven with water hazard first and then tribute summon for Levia. Or you can normal summon any water type and use big wave small wave to special summon levia.

if you want to do with daedalus sweep you need to have 3 daedalus with atleast 2 big waves, having only 2 daedalus and 1 big wave small wave and only 3 trap cards are not going to be fun in ranked especially when you reach platinum.
i would also suggest swap kaiser sea horse as it's hard to get and not a water type - replace it with Gyojin

I'm playing with 2 Daedalus...

Traps:
1x MirrorWall, 1x Metalmorph, 1x Judgement of Anubis?

Spells:
2x BigWaveSmallWave, 1x Water Hazard?, 1x Umi

Do you think I should add 1 Daedalus??

Also im thinking about other traps/spells like Michizure, Riryoku, WonderBalloons, Twister....??

right but with low stats u will be forced to play it in one way only

since we can make the deck with 20 cards there is no big need for blizzed
