What is forbidden/limited card?

Forbidden cards are essentially "banned" cards, while limited simply means that you can only put 1 in a deck, semi-limited is up to two in your deck only. Some cards in the OCG/TCG are either forbidden, or limited, and this is due to their ability to create an unbalanced experience for the game.

Ruling

Unlike in the TCG/OCG where you can have multiple limited cards with different names in your deck, in Duel Links you can only have a total of 1 limited card in your deck. For example you have limited card A and limited card B, and you already put 1 card A in your deck, you cannot add card B to your deck even if they are not cards of the same name.
This rule is also true for semi-limited cards in which you can only have a total of 2 semi-limited cards in your deck.

Econ and TTH just need to be made so that you can't put them into a deck that has cards that WERE on the ban list, not just normal semi limited. These cards are what is ruining everything for cards like cyber petit angel and celestial that are perfectly acceptable to have more of now.

OK my prediction for upcoming banlist:

- E. Hero Neos to semi-limit
Because it being used as Foolish Burial to mill monsters with Neos Fusion

- The first ever Tuner Monster Six Samurai Fuma to limited 1 copy.
Because it gave Six Samurai protection ability as well as multiple advantages

- Masked Tribute skill must be nerfed to be used for only summoning Des Guradian monster and can't be used for any other Material

now the answer: they will never touch Neos (maybe they semi limit Neos fusion but is questionable). They done with six sams (by puting dojo to semi limit). And the skill will be nerfed in some way ...

reasons why six will reign in meta for long time
1# actualy is tier 0
2# dojo will be limited just day 16
3# after 2nd ban stap, if konami limit only fuma or fuma/Enishi, this deck have many option to replae anything like Genba, Kagemusha, Kageki, cunning, Hatsume, Kizaru, double-edge, Zanji, Mizuho and I dont think Fuma, Dojo and Enishi is the omly OP cards, anceticism, dual weild and Kizan are opressive cards.
4# 6th slot in extra deck make this deck more strong than it already, because now it beyond Shien, Armades, Rihan now it have 2 more slot to counter lava golem and weevil parasite, so now this deck can counter burn easly (thanks Konami!)
5# XYZ is comming in 5 month and it will upgrade six more than
probably Six will be tier 1 in first months after realese Zexal
I think the six will fall just when Konami realese other archetype more strong than Six. so.... six haters..please, realax and enjoy the moment because this will last a lot ;)

It’s enough to knock six sams out of tier 0, with Neos being such a versatile engine and many cards countering six sams, the dojo hit actually hurts six sams.

SixSam is still a Tier 0 material.

And the Dojo hit doesn't really hurt SixSam due to the deck's consistency and that there are replacement cards for it.

Mask Change will never be limited as limiting it also affect the less broken Masked Heroes, as well as future Masked Heroes we don't have yet.

If they want to hit Masked Hero decks, they would hit the main deck monsters, or Anki itself. Not Mask Change.

Semiing Mask Change probably wouldn't harm standalone Masked HERO decks much, and it would hurt Anki decks a fair bit if Celestial stayed semied. (Especially if something like Decider joined it.) But I just want Anki limited. Even though Masked HERO is probably barely in the top 10 best decks at this point.

I have no clue why Konami thought Dojo was the big problem with Synchro Samurai. Those cards can special summon each other, so people are just gonna take the draw card over this now and continue on with their lives. This cant even pretend to be a nerf.

Dojo is not the problem with Six Sams. The trap is. Being able to develop a nice field is nice, but also locking potentially all your opp turn is plain nasty

Well, they also limit themselves to only summoning Shi En, setting Dual Wield and pass. Sphere Kuriboh disables that Shi En as well.

You don't even need to, the deck runs just fine with Dojo at 2. This banlist changes virtually nothing for the state of the meta. It's like Konami just randomly decide their banlist instead of actually testing them.
