How to get a Prismatic Blue Eyes White Dragon?

I have seen many people who used to play with BEWD deck at least have one copy prismatic BEWD, so where to get it?

The first answer is wrong.

When you start with Kaiba or unlock him, what you get in his deck is not a prismatic BEWD, but a glossy one (the less attractive level of foil).

Normally you get one in Kaiba's starting deck when you unlock him. Same with Dark Magician with Yugi

It was a celebration reward that konami gave along with 1 prismatic dark magician and 1 neo swordsman. Sadly they didn't give them to newer players.
