Hi i have 1 query on Last Friday my account was suspended saying i violated terms. Then on 21.05.2018 a update came on App store so i updated my game. Then i tried to login i got Error code Server connection LDPP21 Error code & i was not able to goto Title screen & so many mails to Konami were to no use.. Then i altogether deleted the PES APP & again installed the game. Now i had new game with all new team. So in my old account i had linked it with Konami Email ID. Now in new game title screen i did data transfer & it showed completed from Old EMail i did on Konami Registered. Now when i try to login it again gave me message that your account has been suspended. So i have 2 queries. First Is all my data old players available from my old account ? Secondly how long will suspension continue as its been 5-6 days since i was suspended & konami not providing any information.

Your Konami account might have been suspended due to ToS breaches not connected to Duel Links at all. If your Konami account got suspended you will lose all benefits connected to it (consoles/smartphones/boards). For that reason it never was and it never will be a good idea to connect one account with different platforms - use different Konami accounts for different consoles/smartphones/boards. If you get suspended for inappropriate comments on a board, your other benefits of other platforms are excluded.

You wrote Konami wrote to get in touch with them for more information. This is true if your Konami account got suspended and has nothing to do with Duel Links. If you get suspended from Duel Links (with linked Konami account or no account), the message on the pic will show up - that's it. You won't get any information from Konami than this message. Thus based on your comment above I assume your Konami account got permanently suspended for a reason NOT connected to Duel Links but linked to another Konami game/platform. Since you have linked your Konami account with your Duel Links ID, you can't use your Duel Links save (stored on the servers).

Linking Duel Links with a Konami account is fine for backup reasons or to play on different devices. Never ever use the same Konami account/mail address for more than 1 Konami service (same for Capcom, Ubisoft, ...).

How long is the suspension

If you suspended due to using cheat, you deserve it!
