which LDs are better to farm harpies hunting ground skill? lv 30 or lv 40

I heard, that the best chance to dropp the skill is beating Bandit Keith lvl 40 with 6000+ Score... Maybe its true, may and keith were in the anime series a "team" so it would be a nice easteregg, i got mine from him at the 4th duell, only with 6000 or less score.

LVL 40 Gives the best chance regardless of the LD, i would go for rex raptor with a cerberus deck however

Lvl 40 are probably best to get skills. I noticed I get more skill drops on lvl40 than 30. But I have got some skill drops when facing a lvl20 duelist.
