Why would you want to farm at level 30? 40 is your best bet for consistent card drops. 30 still has a chance of dropping generic garbage.

I've been using mask/D-heroes and they work just fine. I use them to win not farm with high duel assessment though!!

Silent Magician deck is what I've been using. The main focus is 2 Silent Magician (non level), 2 Silent Magician Level 8, equip cards such as Wonder Wand and One Shot Wand (and one that's called "Synchro"... I can't remember, the effect is that it gives the equipped monster 500 attack and ups their level by 1) with 2 The Tricky as back-up

Which legendary duelists? Some have different strategies...
But Generally, Yusei will use lots of synchros, you need a monster with over 2700 atk to make sure he can't recover. Akiza summons her fallen rose and uses thorn of malice (amazoness works great). Leo uses Power Tool Dragon any chance he can (regardless if it is useful) so anything with 2400 atk / def or above, or let him deck out before you.
