My game does not let me do anything, I cannot buy packs, play nor participate in the current event
I have rebooted my cellphone many times and it still does not work :/

@Vlademora, the same thing happened to me. But I found that for me, reinstalling would lead to lost of data because I haven't yet saved it using the data transfer method and I can't do so now since I can't click on the gear on the home screen. Any suggestions?

Have you tried reinstalling the game? How about playing it on other devices? Make sure that you saved your data before reinstalling. Also, take note of your duelist ID at the upper left of the log in screen. You can learn more about data transfer here: http://duellinks.gamea.co/c/dbg85qf6
